This project can be finished and landscaped as either a Haunted House with fall colors and a dingy exterior or as a Mountain French Chateau with lighter colors and spring landscaping. It opens to reveal four good sized rooms on the main and upstairs levels and four basement areas including an underground "Smugglers Cave" that opens to the outside.
